Archive Logistics was founded in 2003 as Tri-Cities Information Management (TCIM). We began with two people storing records in a 3,000 square foot warehouse and after eight years of continuous growth our services now extend far beyond the “Tri-Cities”. As we developed into a trusted partner for businesses throughout East Tennessee and Southwest Virginia we outgrew our original name and became Archive Logistics. During this time our service offerings also expanded from primarily storing boxes to providing online records management tools, scan-on-demand file delivery, secure shredding, and data protection.
Today Archive Logistics owns and operates a custom designed 23,000 square foot facility where clients’ information assets are highly secure and expertly managed. Our dedicated team has nearly 50 years of combined information management experience and we’re fanatical about providing unparalleled service. Our founder, Chad Sorrell, is a fourth generation entrepreneur and was named one of the “Top 40 business people under forty” by the Tri-Cities Business Journal in 2009. As an information management consultant he has spoke on both the local and national level for conference and association events.
